Koala Electrical was recommended by a neighbour, who deals with property management and has had them work on her own home, after we were told another company would take 2 weeks to come out and fix something we deemed important. They have been to our place twice now on the same day as booked. We find them extremely reliable, courteous and professional. Pricing on the invoice is pretty much as was estimated which is a nice change from the norm. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Dot Gorman.

I recently needed some electrical work done prior to undertaking other renovations. The Hamish and the team at Koala Electrical were absolutely amazing! From the initial quote to the completion of works, every staff member was extremely professional and the whole process was stress-fress, with works being completed promptly and ahead of schedule.The team identified a few faults and dealt with them to ensure our home was compliant and safe. Hamish's knowledge and advice is greatly appreciated.I am so happy with the level of service that I am now arranging for them to upgrade the remainder of our lighting, add more power points etc.Thoroughly recommend the team at Koala Electrical!!

We needed lights replaced and wired smoke alarms fitted and really weren't sure where to go. I contacted Koala Electrical and Hamish was extremely helpful. He advised what we could do to replace old downlighters and spotlights where the globes were no longer available. He also suggested an extractor fan in the ensuite. The 2 electricians who arrived to do the work were very professional and removed all rubbish as well. Very impressed by all and definitley recommend the company to all who need electrical work done. Thanks Hamish and crew.

Great service. Calls were returned quickly and the quote was received within a couple of hours. Price was very competitive The guys who came to do the job turned up on time and called ahead to say they were on the way. They were very polite and friendly. The team at Koala Electrical were awesome.They were very professional with great communication and got the job done in a timely manner.They ran into some issues with my renovation, as my unit was built in 1969 and also covered by strata by-laws.Koala had to go to the Electrical Board on this issue a couple of times and got the issued resolved.

We had Koala electrical to fit 2 reverse cycle, split system air conditioners. Hamish gave us a good quote on the Monday and the job was done on the Friday of that week. I reached out to Koala Electrical - I had used another electrician for a number of years. Anyway Koala Electrical had set costings for replacement of lights and they came back with a cheaper quote, but were really impressed by the team they sent out. Drew and Joel came out to replace the 4 outside lights and a sensor. Drew, the more senior electrician, explained the limitations of the sensor I had purchased - they were happy to install it and after considering the advice I opted for the one they were promoting. They were here on-time as arranged. The job was completed is just over an hour, including the time spent testing the new sensor. Drew also gave me other electrical advice, which I really appreciated! And as a result I'm likely to give them further work in the future. To me, I got the customer service I expected and I'm not an electrician, so I really appreciated the advice as well from Drew - it's very much a case of reading the indicators, knowing what the customer needs and giving them options.

These boys are honest, transparent and straight to the point. I called Hamish and he was able to provide a quote over the phone without any inspection and stuck to what he said upon finishing the works. Price that was quoted was fair and reasonable. Came out with one days notice and was quick and easy with no disruption to the day. Highly recommend Koala Electricals to anyone that needs quality work!

Koala Electrical were recommended to us to disconnect then rewire our new new kitchen as well as upgrade the circuit board. In short, they were prompt, efficient, competent, obliging and polite leaving the site completely clean. Following a problem with cabinetry, Koala recommended a solution, and when requested promptly returned to install the final GPO. We would not hesitate to recommend this business.

We were introduced to Koala through our cabinet maker who are project managing our kitchen renovation. We asked the team to do some cabling work for us and they happily accommodated by completing the work on the same day as they completed the pre-work for the kitchen and then they returned to install our appliances the kitchen. The team were very professional, knew their work very well and did great job as well cleaning up after themselves. We would happily have them back to do some more work for us.

We serendipitously discovered koala electrical through a cabinet maker we had engaged previously and we really liked the efficiency and quality of their work. We recently engaged them independently for another project involving changing all light bulbs and their fittings for better energy consumption and the dimmers and things. Excellent quality of work and reasonable prices. Communication was great throughout the project. We knew what to expect in terms of outcome and cost. Also, great recommendation and advice was given to ensure we get the right solution for our needs.
