Koala Electrical were recommended to us to disconnect then rewire our new new kitchen as well as upgrade the circuit board. In short, they were prompt, efficient, competent, obliging and polite leaving the site completely clean. Following a problem with cabinetry, Koala recommended a solution, and when requested promptly returned to install the final GPO. We would not hesitate to recommend this business.

We were introduced to Koala through our cabinet maker who are project managing our kitchen renovation. We asked the team to do some cabling work for us and they happily accommodated by completing the work on the same day as they completed the pre-work for the kitchen and then they returned to install our appliances the kitchen. The team were very professional, knew their work very well and did great job as well cleaning up after themselves. We would happily have them back to do some more work for us.

We serendipitously discovered koala electrical through a cabinet maker we had engaged previously and we really liked the efficiency and quality of their work. We recently engaged them independently for another project involving changing all light bulbs and their fittings for better energy consumption and the dimmers and things. Excellent quality of work and reasonable prices. Communication was great throughout the project. We knew what to expect in terms of outcome and cost. Also, great recommendation and advice was given to ensure we get the right solution for our needs.

A young man Liam working for Hamish came to our rental this morning, it's an old quirky house to put it mildly , light switches all over the shop and all I can say is this young man has the patience of a saint and although I welcomed him saying welcome to your nightmare ,he methodically and confidently managed to sort out electrical issues that have been present since 2008 , I recommend this company if you want the best in the business . We’ve used Koala electrical for 3 years (to date) for just about anything a home renovator and garden enthusiast may want…. Garden lighting, new power points, lighting installations and now…We had a crisis recently with needing an oven checked, removed and a new one installed due to cooking for an upcoming wedding (within a week). We didn’t think it could be done… but Hamish and Drew made sure it happened with a day to spare. These guys are honest and aren’t afraid of some work.

Koala ElectricalI have a challenge. How do I use ordinary words to describe an extraordinary company lead by an extraordinary man.When Hamish Swarts of Koala Electrical became alerted to the possibility that I may have been misquote unnecessary perhaps excessive charges for electrical services he was immediately on his phone to me.I had never met Hamish Swarts nor had I heard of Koala Electrical before however with genuine concern for the individual as well as to the integrity of the industry Hamish felt compelled to phone me in order express his concerns.That one phone call save me thousands of dollars.After speaking with Hamish, a specialist tradesman from Koala was on site within hours to review the adjustments cited prior by another company. Without any obligation, Hamish immediately provided a possible improved course of action. Essential adjustment to the electrical system in my home was then undertaken within 24 hrs. I received the necessary certification required for sale of my home the same day.So now I have a challenge.I fail to find adequate words to describe the kind and generous manner in which my situation was adopted by Hamish and his professional staff. As I found, services provided by Koala Electrical were exceptional. Indeed, Hamish and his team went beyond exceptional in every way. The team at Koala Electrical exceeded all expectation to please.In my view Koala Electrical can not be surpassed for their ability to professionally and efficiently deal with any electrical service necessary.In response, I can only offer my sincere gratitude to Hamish and all at Koala Electrical for coming to my aid.
