Would highly recommend Koala Electrical. They came when they said they would,explained everything they did and why. The lovely young man who did the work had a happy disposition and got on with the job he is a credit to his employer,they are reasonably priced I have no problem with recommending them and will definitely be using them for future work

A young man Liam working for Hamish came to our rental this morning, it's an old quirky house to put it mildly , light switches all over the shop and all I can say is this young man has the patience of a saint and although I welcomed him saying welcome to your nightmare ,he methodically and confidently managed to sort out electrical issues that have been present since 2008 , I recommend this company if you want the best in the business . Very happy with prompt initial response and the efficient, productive output of the 2 person repair crew.Work was quickly undertaken and they also cleaned up their work areas. Cannot recommend Koala Electrical enough. I had a new Retic control box installed, expired smoke alarms changed out and a faulty RCD replaced. Hamish was generous with his time making sure I had the new system up and running and great advice on future upgrades to down lights. Excellent service all round, thanks

The Hamish and guys at Koala Electrical are always on time, polite and tidy. We always go to Hamish and his team for our work, no job is too big or too small for them. We’ve used Koala electrical for 3 years (to date) for just about anything a home renovator and garden enthusiast may want…. Garden lighting, new power points, lighting installations and now…We had a crisis recently with needing an oven checked, removed and a new one installed due to cooking for an upcoming wedding (within a week). We didn’t think it could be done… but Hamish and Drew made sure it happened with a day to spare. These guys are honest and aren’t afraid of some work.

Highly recommend Koala Electrical. Drew was our sparky for our kitchen install. He was polite, efficient respectful and extremely professional. 5 Stars will refer people for any electrical needs.Returned to use Koala for our Split System install. Koala ElectricalI have a challenge. How do I use ordinary words to describe an extraordinary company lead by an extraordinary man.When Hamish Swarts of Koala Electrical became alerted to the possibility that I may have been misquote unnecessary perhaps excessive charges for electrical services he was immediately on his phone to me.I had never met Hamish Swarts nor had I heard of Koala Electrical before however with genuine concern for the individual as well as to the integrity of the industry Hamish felt compelled to phone me in order express his concerns.That one phone call save me thousands of dollars.After speaking with Hamish, a specialist tradesman from Koala was on site within hours to review the adjustments cited prior by another company. Without any obligation, Hamish immediately provided a possible improved course of action. Essential adjustment to the electrical system in my home was then undertaken within 24 hrs. I received the necessary certification required for sale of my home the same day.So now I have a challenge.I fail to find adequate words to describe the kind and generous manner in which my situation was adopted by Hamish and his professional staff. As I found, services provided by Koala Electrical were exceptional. Indeed, Hamish and his team went beyond exceptional in every way. The team at Koala Electrical exceeded all expectation to please.In my view Koala Electrical can not be surpassed for their ability to professionally and efficiently deal with any electrical service necessary.In response, I can only offer my sincere gratitude to Hamish and all at Koala Electrical for coming to my aid. Hamish and his team are very prompt and professional. Hamish explained the cost of the job with me as well as the time frame. We needed to upgrade the switch board and a few other electrical jobs.I was so impressed with the Koala electrician that arrived to complete our job. He was well mannered and ensured he left our home in the same condition it was in when he arrived.Koala Electrical will now be my go to company for any future electrical work I may need. Absolutely amazing service, I recommend to everybody.I has a fault that left me without power. Koala came out and fixed the issue quickly and billed me very reasonably.This was an absolute relief after the first 2 electricians from other companies I had come out had done nothing to help while trying to scare me into agreeing to bills in the thousands.They are good honest tradesman and I will be coming straight to them for all thing electrical from now on.

From my initial contact to the job completion Koala Electrical were fabulous to deal with! Hamish was polite and helpful in arranging, at short notice, for an Electrical Safety Certificate for us on the sale of a property we own. These days it’s hard finding trades to do the work but I can say without doubt you should give these guys a try for any electrical needs. They came recommended by a strata manager I know and I’m glad I took her advice!

We were finishing off our Kitchen Reno with just the lights, fan and extra power points. Super quick with an appointment, was expecting a couple week, but only waited a few days. Arrived early in the morning when they said they would. Got the job done within a couple of hours. Really happy with the service and will definately recommend. And they are local to us.

Highly recommend Koala Electrical. Hamish and his team have been diligently working with me during our home renovation. We are renovating an old 1970s house and the electrics need complete replacement and upgrading. And the Koala crew have tackled every stage with skill and professionalism. From removing old lights, fans and obsolete wiring/switches, to installing smart switches, new wiring, downlights/pendants - they've done an awesome job. I have included some photos of their work.

A BIG thanks to Hamish and and the crazy guy that wears shorts in winter. I was out of power and they came to the rescue on a cold wet and windy day to help resolve a power outage. Not only that a week or two later they re wired and fitted down lights and power points to the new ceiling, on time and good price. Still got more to do and will now only use Koala Electrical.
