A young man Liam working for Hamish came to our rental this morning, it's an old quirky house to put it mildly , light switches all over the shop and all I can say is this young man has the patience of a saint and although I welcomed him saying welcome to your nightmare ,he methodically and confidently managed to sort out electrical issues that have been present since 2008 , I recommend this company if you want the best in the business . We’ve used Koala electrical for 3 years (to date) for just about anything a home renovator and garden enthusiast may want…. Garden lighting, new power points, lighting installations and now…We had a crisis recently with needing an oven checked, removed and a new one installed due to cooking for an upcoming wedding (within a week). We didn’t think it could be done… but Hamish and Drew made sure it happened with a day to spare. These guys are honest and aren’t afraid of some work.

How do I use ordinary words to describe an extraordinary company lead by an extraordinary man.When Hamish Swarts of Koala Electrical became alerted to the possibility that I may have been misquote unnecessary perhaps excessive charges for electrical services he was immediately on his phone to me.I had never met Hamish Swarts nor had I heard of Koala Electrical before however with genuine concern for the individual as well as to the integrity of the industry Hamish felt compelled to phone me in order express his concerns.That one phone call save me thousands of dollars.After speaking with Hamish, a specialist tradesman from Koala was on site within hours to review the adjustments cited prior by another company. Without any obligation, Hamish immediately provided a possible improved course of action. Essential adjustment to the electrical system in my home was then undertaken within 24 hrs. I received the necessary certification required for sale of my home the same day.So now I have a challenge.I fail to find adequate words to describe the kind and generous manner in which my situation was adopted by Hamish and his professional staff. As I found, services provided by Koala Electrical were exceptional. Indeed, Hamish and his team went beyond exceptional in every way. Absolutely amazing service, I recommend to everybody.I has a fault that left me without power. Koala came out and fixed the issue quickly and billed me very reasonably.This was an absolute relief after the first 2 electricians from other companies I had come out had done nothing to help while trying to scare me into agreeing to bills in the thousands.They are good honest tradesman and I will be coming straight to them for all thing electrical from now on.

From my initial contact to the job completion Koala Electrical were fabulous to deal with! Hamish was polite and helpful in arranging, at short notice, for an Electrical Safety Certificate for us on the sale of a property we own. These days it’s hard finding trades to do the work but I can say without doubt you should give these guys a try for any electrical needs. They came recommended by a strata manager I know and I’m glad I took her advice!

A BIG thanks to Hamish and and the crazy guy that wears shorts in winter. I was out of power and they came to the rescue on a cold wet and windy day to help resolve a power outage. Not only that a week or two later they re wired and fitted down lights and power points to the new ceiling, on time and good price. Still got more to do and will now only use Koala Electrical. I called my Electrician for an RCD failure, we lost power to half the house, my electrician was away on vacation but referred me to Koala , Hamish came a few hours later on his way home and replaced the RCD quickly.Imagine my surprise to have a trade visit on the same day and fix the issue instantly!
